LightningRestoration &Contracting LLC

LRC is excellent to work with. He does job site walkthroughs before and after every job. I've used Yair for about 5 different projects and he is professional and his team does high quality work. Highly recommend

Yiar and his crew treated our home as they would their own. They had an exceptional eye for detail and provided us a wonderful paint job of the interior of our home. Can’t recommend enough! These guys are easy to work with and top notch individuals.

I highly recommend Lightning Restoration & Contracting LLC for their outstanding work on roofing, siding, and gutters. They’ve helped me with both my personal home and rental properties, and every time their service has been reliable, professional, and high quality. They communicate well with me and the insurance companies, show up when they say they will, and get the job done right! If you’re looking for a trustworthy company to handle exterior work, they’re a solid choice.

We had an excellent experience with Lightning Restoration & Contracting for our exterior painting and repair project. Yair was fantastic to work with—his communication was clear, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process.

The crew was speedy, detail-oriented, and kept the work area clean and tidy each day. The quality of the painting and repairs exceeded our expectations, and it was obvious they took pride in their work.

We highly recommend Lightning Restoration & Contracting to anyone looking for a reliable, professional contractor. Great service from start to finish!

As a contractor who does high end client remodels as well as full home renovations. We have used LRC as a sub contractor on multiple trades (drywall, paint, framing, exterior repairs, etc). Yair and his team operate in a very professional manner and their work is always high quality. They are very knowledgeable and reliable. In our experience, their pricing has always been fair as well, we never felt as if we were taken advantage of or price gauged. Our remodel clients have given us glowing reviews of the work LRC performed for us. We have really enjoyed partnering with LRC and highly recommend them as a contractor.
